Pit River Flyfishing (Labor Weekend, 1 of 4)

This past weekend marked my introduction to some incredibly remote areas of Northeast California. My friend Krisztian invited me along with him and his dog friend Kolo for a labor day weekend spent in remote areas. Far off the beaten path, up hwy 299 near Big Bend, was our first destination. We camped about 3 miles up a logging trail and were totally alone, a good way to get started (especially on a labor day weekend).
